Motorola came to Nadel seeking to transform influencer unboxing moments into captivating experiences that would ignite global conversation for their "Gateway to Iconic" product launch event.


The Challenge
Motorola wanted to build intrigue and anticipation around their upcoming launch through a premium unboxing experience that translated seamlessly into social media content. The goal was to captivate fashion-forward tech influencers and lifestyle creators worldwide with a mysterious teaser that would directly connect to a live event in New York City.

The Process
A planned 12-week development timeline quickly condensed into a 4-week sprint, requiring tight collaboration between Nadel, MXML Creative, and Motorola. Our role was to apply MXML Creative's campaign vision to a tangible influencer experience, bringing the same sense of drama, scale, and spectacle into a box that could travel across the globe.

Recipients unveiled a gorgeous matte-black box with an interior hand-wrapped in Alcantara (and stamped with the tagline), a Swarovski crystal etched with the Motorola "M" logo, and a fully illuminated Infinity Mirror designed to echo the event's dramatic archway. Every tactile detail was considered, from the soft touch interior to the crystal centerpiece and the custom-designed mirror reflecting the event's palette and mood.
Beyond creative execution, Nadel managed global logistics end-to-end, developing protective packaging and navigating complex compliance to ensure flawless worldwide delivery.

The Results
The campaign generated millions of views as influencers embraced the experience, producing content that made it feel as though they were stepping through their own portal to the New York launch. Clients praised the elevated quality of the box and the stunning gateway effect of the Infinity Mirror. Our collaboration showcased how our team is able to reimagine influencer unboxing experiences by seamlessly connecting physical moments to live events while igniting global conversation.
